Terms
These terms apply when you create an Artzine account, publish work, make a zine or connect a tool to the service.
Your account
Give accurate account information, keep sign-in links and access keys private, and use only accounts and profiles you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity performed through access you grant to a connected tool.
Your work
You keep ownership of the material you supply. You give Artzine a non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce and display that material only as needed to provide the service and the publication choices you make.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish the work, its documentation and its credits. Do not remove required attribution or present someone else’s work as your own.
Publishing and removal
A preparation remains private until you explicitly publish it. A published page may be viewed, linked to and saved by others. If you withdraw work, Artzine stops offering new public and media access, but copies already downloaded or independently shared cannot be recalled.
Public zines reflect the eligible work assembled in that edition. Work can disappear from public view when its owner withdraws it or when access must be restricted.
Responsible use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material.
- Do not use the service to harass people, distribute malware or evade safeguards.
- Do not probe private accounts or exceed the access granted to you.
- Respect file, command, storage and request limits shown by the service.
Review and enforcement
Artzine may review reports, refuse a publication, restrict access or remove material when reasonably needed to protect rights, people or the service. Where appropriate, the account holder can correct credits, withdraw the work or provide further permission information.
The service
Features, supported media and account limits are the ones shown by the current service. Artzine may change or pause a feature to maintain security, reliability or lawful operation. We will avoid changing the meaning of an existing public address without a clear product reason.
The service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent to team@artzine.com.
