We hope you love your new artwork and that it brings joy to your space, but if you decide you want to return it for any reason, we’ve got you covered.

You have have a full week seven days from the time you receive your artwork to decide if you want to return it in its original condition for a refund. If you decide to return the artwork all you need to do is repackage it in it’s original packaging and contact us. We’ll take care of the rest – no questions, and no hassles!

We’ll pay the cost of return shipping anywhere in Europe or the UK. For international sales we’ll cover freight of up to 100 EUR.

How to Return an Undamaged Work

  1. Contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your artwork from the courier if you decide you’d like to return it.
  2. Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist.
  3. We will arrange for a courier to pick up your artwork.
  4. Once the piece safely reaches the artist, we will process your return and issue a full refund for your purchase (within 7-10 business days).

What if the Artwork Arrives Damaged

  1. Contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your artwork from the courier if you decide you’d like to return it.
  2. Save the original packaging!
  3. Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to [email protected].
  4. An Artzine support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.
