Kim Vaughter is a painter and fabric artist living in Winona, Minnesota. She enjoys colorful things, pinball machines, and red lipstick. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a BFA in Painting and Art history, and just recently completed her second degree in graphic design at Western. She has had her work published in multiple books and magazines, including NOTA, Volume One, Klutch Chronicle, and LINK magazine, and her work has been seen in galleries across Wisconsin and Minnesota. When not creating art in her studio, Kim can be seen drawing with chalk on the sidewalks of Winona, collaging photos of David Bowie, and looking at pictures of hippos on the internet.
