About this artwork

This is not activist art, nor is it satire: this is about the mysterious mysticism of everyday life, as interpreted by psychiatry. Pleasurable mysticism is seen as spiritual, and connecting with God; horrific mysticism is seen as a psychiatric affair. Who decides ? The powers that be, presumably. So once more into the night, to find whatever it is we’re going to find there. These pictures won’t give us more than a hint, although they will generate an atmosphere along the way. Let the exploration begin. Whatever the movie is about, it’s going to be a good one.

[Part of a limited edition artwork sequence, 1 of only 8]

[Notes] My works are portals to strange and disturbing worlds which cannot be reached any other way. [For a more detailed explanation please check my writings online and videos on Youtube.]

[All artworks are printed on archive quality oyster paper and then professionally framed, with reinforced backing and museum standard acrylic/Perspex.
