We hope your artwork has arrived to you safe and sound, and that you love it. However, if things haven't worked out the way they were supposed to and you have to return the piece, don't worry, we have you covered. We’ll issue a full money refund and cover the cost or return shipping up to 150 EUR.

If your artwork has arrived damaged or the real piece doesn’t correspond to the images displayed in our gallery, please contact us immediately.
You have three (3) days from the time you receive the artwork to let us know about the situation and claim a full money refund.
How Should I Process to Claim a Full Money Refund?
If there is some issue with the artwork you’ve just received, please proceed as follows:
Take photos that expose the issue clearly. If the artwork is damaged, please take clear shots of the damaged parts. If the artwork doesn’t correspond to the item displayed on the Artzine gallery, please take shots that prove the inaccuracy.
In both cases, take as many photos as you consider necessary to clearly demonstrate the issue and submit them to email@example.com. We will review your claim and get back to you shortly.
Always keep the original packaging. If the artwork has arrived damaged, we will need photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging. In case of inaccuracy, we will ask you to return the artwork in its original packaging.
Our team will guide you throughout the return process. Once you’ve submitted your claim to us, a member of our team will get in touch with the next steps you will need to take.
Don’t worry, it is a simple process and it’s all taken care of so you only have to worry about packaging the artwork and hand it over to the courier.
When Should I Expect to Have My Money Back?
We will issue a full money refund once the artist has received the artwork, or as otherwise negotiated. It is very important that you issue your claim within three (3) days from the time your receive the artwork, or we won’t be able to process it.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. In case you have special requirements, please let us know.
