I use all kind of domestic objects, magazines, my own photos or the Internet, any fragment of reality can be useful. I usually mix all kind of images and I draw them one on top of the other. Sometimes the result is more chaotic, sometimes it is simpler and more naive, although there is always a process of accumulation behind, a memory, a previous trace.
The idea is to break and recompose again. Sometimes twisting and often overlapping different parts in order to construct something different. Color is always remarkable in my work and it helps me to give a positive an optimistic touch. I often start with an idea, but that idea may change at anytime.
In addition I normally work in many different drawings and paintings at the same time to keep my eyes fresh. Some of my paintings and drawings can be around changing for months before they remain.
